  • See Pics of Homes that Sold

Do you ever wonder what the inside of a house that sold looks like?

Have you ever tried to go back online to look up a house that was for sale only to find that the photos don't show up anymore?

PHOTOS GONE POOF! (It's all in the MLS)Poof 1.png

There is a reason why the photos disappear.

You see, after a home sells, the real estate broker changes the status of the home to "SOLD" in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). The MLS is the system that is used by brokers, agents, appraisers, and other professionals in the real estate industry to market and track homes.

The MLS is what propagates all the details about the home: the description, price, and other information. This includes all the pics of the home.

Once the home is marked as SOLD, the MLS stops sending the pictures to all the internet sites. But the pics are still available on the MLS.

How to View SOLD Home Photos in the MLS

It's easy to gain access to view photos of homes sold.

I will get the listing pics and all the other info about the sold homes you want to see.

You will be able to look at all the interior photographs from the MLS listing for any home.

Just ask me for the listing info for any home sold and I'll get it for you right away. This way you will be able to see all the photos.
